I have been practicing for over twenty years as a counsellor and integrative psychotherapist. I am an accredited member of UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)
I am fully qualified to work with individuals, couples and groups, and to supervise other professionals in this field.
My experience in counselling and psychotherapy covers a broad spectrum in both personal and organisational areas, and includes somatic trauma work, short-term solution-focused, cognitive behavioural (CBT) and systemic, to open-ended depth psychotherapy, as well as couples counselling and personal development group work.
I am also a registered health provider with Bupa and WPA private medical insurance companies.
Qualifications
I have a Masters in Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy (2001) accredited by UEL (University of East London) preceded by a Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling and Therapy (1998) from The Psychosynthesis and Education Trust.
I have a Post-Graduate Certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) from the Westminster Pastoral Foundation.
I have a Post-Graduate Certificate in Transpersonal and Integrative Supervision from UEL (University of East London).
I have completed two years of professional training in Family Constellations with CSC (Centre for Systemic Constellations), I also have twelve years of attending workshops, conferences, supervision workshops, and training intensives in family constellations in California, and in organisational constellations in Holland.
I have completed a Gestalt-based Couples training, as well as a couples training that used both Gestalt principles and the wider lens of family constellations.
I am also an SEP (Somatic Experiencing Practitioner) accredited by The European Association Of Somatic Experiencing.
